How can I pay for my orders?
We accept credit cards and Paypal. All payments are processed during the secured checkout process.

How can I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Due to huge demand on our handmade bracelets, it can take 14-21 business days for them to be delivered to your house.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 25$
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable), but we didn’t have any payments like this so far.
How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
If you make a mistake with the package adress:
Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change something in your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject and we will do our best to help you.
What if I haven’t received my package?
- Check all external locked mailboxes
- Contact your local post office to see if maybe they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us!
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at firstname.lastname@example.org. Com
What is your return policy?
We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. Your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also have the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also write to you the informatorom if your refund is approved or rejected.
If everything is ok, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
